Tasting Notes
For every tasting, WhiskyDC prepares a set of notes on each of the single malt whiskies. The notes provide background information and observations from the "experts." We use these notes as a starting point for our discussions -- but everyone's taste is different and valid. Here are some of the most recent tasting notes:
